Server reboots, restarts of Windocks service

In Windocks Enterprise, server reboots are automatically handled and containers are restored to the same state they were in prior to the reboot and VHDXes are mounted back to containers. The WindocksResliency Service handles this.

The Windocks service has to be restarted manually when you make changes to the config\node.conf file for those changes to take effect. Avoid restarting the Windocks service in the middle of container creation.
